Braden Business Systems Acquires Building in Fishers

Acquisition date: December 2016
Braden Business Systems, the leading Midwest office technology services, equipment and software provider headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana is pleased to announce that it has acquired the 31,000 square foot facility located at 11815 Technology Lane, Fishers, Indiana; formerly occupied by Window Coverings, LLC. This acquisition will add additional capacity to Braden’s rapidly growing operations and serve both its Indiana and Illinois marketplaces.
The building is just a stone’s throw away from Braden’s office building project currently under construction at Municipal Drive and North Street in downtown Fishers scheduled for completion around mid-2017. The building is also right in the heart of downtown Fishers (which offers plenty of amenities), also located in the burgeoning Fishers Certified Technology Park, and lastly near Launch Fishers, the critically acclaimed successful technology start-up incubator.

Solo Printing Opens First Digital Print Department With Xerox Products and Solutions

When Miami-based Solo Printing was ready to open a new digital printing department, it turned to Xerox and Xerox reseller Fujifilm for its first digital press, workflow software and sales training. Solo has equipped the new department with a Xerox Color 1000i Pressand software from Xerox, XMPie and Fujifilm, with an aim to extend its record of six straight years of double-digit growth.
“Based on what our current customers were asking for and industry trends toward shorter runs and more targeted, personalized and variable communications, we wanted to be more involved in digital printing,” said Robert Hernandez, vice president of sales, Solo Printing. “We chose Xerox because it’s a leader in this segment, and we’re trying to get as close as possible to the quality we get on offset. The only press we saw come close was the Xerox Color 1000i Press. It also had the most robust componentry.”
