Braden Business Systems Acquires Building in Fishers

Braden Business Systems, the leading Midwest office technology services, equipment and software provider headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana is pleased to announce that it has acquired the 31,000 square foot facility located at 11815 Technology Lane, Fishers, Indiana; formerly occupied by Window Coverings, LLC. This acquisition will add additional capacity to Braden’s rapidly growing operations and serve both its Indiana and Illinois marketplaces.

The building is just a stone’s throw away from Braden’s office building project currently under construction at Municipal Drive and North Street in downtown Fishers scheduled for completion around mid-2017. The building is also right in the heart of downtown Fishers (which offers plenty of amenities), also located in the burgeoning Fishers Certified Technology Park, and lastly near Launch Fishers, the critically acclaimed successful technology start-up incubator.

11815 Technology Lane was built in 1993. The building is 31,000 square feet housing two stories of roughly 10,000 square feet of offices space in addition to 21,000 square feet of warehousing space. This building was the previous headquarters of Window Covevings, LLC, an international manufacturer and distributor of window coverings and blinds.
