Stone’s Named “Elite Dealer” Again For 2016

Richmond, VA–December 9, 2016 // Stone’s Office Equipment

As an authority in the industry, ENX Magazine celebrates companies that are excelling at business innovation and as leaders in their communities. In 2015, Stone’s was one of only 14 companies under $5 million awarded the Elite Dealer title.

In 2016, Stone’s was once again recognized as an Elite Dealer – this time for the $5 million to $10 million level. Some of the most notable accomplishments that factored into this award include working with CEO Juice, BEI Services and Compass to improve internal processes and, as a result, boost customer experience provided by those companies.

Why ENX Magazine considers Stone’s an Elite Dealer for 2016

Their customer-centric approach (again). In 2015, Stone’s was recognized for their customer-first approach and that remained a part of the consideration for 2016. The company’s success is anchored by their dedication to their customers. Stone’s has maintained this by fine-tuning their own internal processes and taking steps to gather customer feedback and measure customer satisfaction.
Their community involvement. The people at Stone’s care a great deal about their customers and employees, but they also work to make sure they’re involved in the community around them. To do so, they have sponsored The Jillian Fund and the Trooper Dermyer Fund and they donate refurbished equipment to churches and other civic organizations.

Their recognition from other industry partners. ENX Magazine also factored in their awards from other partners in the industry when considering them as an Elite Dealer. Stone’s recent awards include the Lexmark Outstanding Sales Award, the Xerox Platinum Award Of Excellence, the Sharp’s Hyakuman Kai Outstanding Sales Award and the Sharp’s Hyakuman Kai Platinum Service Award.

Their success in a new vertical. Although Stone’s has been in the industry since 1970, they are always finding ways to grow and help more people. In 2016, they were able to partner with multiple companies in the legal services vertical. They worked with these companies to establish managed print services and improve internal processes. This work has added to their experience and ability to help companies across different verticals.
